According to NBCNewYork.com, Tampa Bay Buccaneers defensive end Da’Quan Bowers was arrested at LaGuardia Airport for carrying a loaded .40 caliber handgun in a carry on. A 2011 second-round draft pick of the Buccaneers, Bowers was trying to board a US Airways flight to Raleigh, North Carolina. He was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and is expected to appear in court on Monday evening.
