Tampa Bay Buccaneers coach Greg Schiano is quickly realizing the realities of taking the job. With other professional teams blocking their assistants from interviewing with teams, Schiano has gone to Rutgers in search for help. Schiano and the Buccaneers will interview defensive coordinator Bob Fraser today in hopes of bringing him on. It is not clear what job Fraser is interviewing for but most likely it will be for the Bucs own defensive coordinator job. Rutgers staff is said to be prepared not to go down without a bidding war in an attempt to retain all of their own staff instead of getting pillaged by Schiano. Another possible Rutgers candidate will be offensive coordinator Frank Cignetti. With a whole staff needed to fill out, where the rest of the candidates will come from is anyone’s guess.
