Roy Cummings of the Tampa Tribune reports that Buccaneers Pro Bowl G Carl Nicks is done for the season. Cummings adds that Nicks has been dealing with a toe injury throughout the season, but he apparently suffered further injury. Nicks was one of Tampa Bay’s prized acquisitions during the offseason. Nicks received a five-year deal worth $47.5 million and includes $31 million guarantees. The Buccaneers had already lost their other star offensive lineman Davin Joseph to a torn left patellar tendon early on in the season. There’s no doubt that this will have an impact on their offensive production which has already been up and down this season.
