The Buccaneers signed P Chas Henry, the team announced Wednesday. The second-year pro punted for the Eagles as a rookie in 2011, averaging 42.9 yards on 66 kicks with a net average of 36.9 yards. Henry punted for the first three games of the 2012 season, averaging 48.5 yards per kick, before he was released.
