The NFL's trade deadline came and went last month, so in their attempt to add defensive line depth, the Bucs will have to choose from among free agents available on the street. Coach Raheem Morris said today the team likely would sign a defensive tackle to solidify the position with Gerald McCoy being placed on injured reserve this afternoon because of his torn biceps. Remaining defensive tackles Brian Price and Roy Miller struggled with the expanded playing time after McCoy's first quarter injury. The Bucs use a minimum of three defensive tackles in their rotation in an effort to keep them fresh. Frank Okam missed the game with a calf injury. There aren't a lot of household names from which the Bucs can choose, so look for this impending move to be a signing of a journeyman or young prospect.
