Today, the Buccaneers have announced that they have filled the roster spot left vacant by placing veteran linebacker Quincy Black on injured reserve.  From the team’s press release: The Tampa Bay Buccaneers announced today that they have promoted DE Markus White to the 53-man roster from the team’s practice squad. White originally entered the league with the Washington Redskins as a seventh-round pick (224th overall) in the 2011 NFL Draft, seeing action in two games as a rookie. This season, he has spent time on the Buccaneers and Redskins active rosters, playing in one game with Washington. The team also announced it has signed LB Joe Holland to its practice squad.
