I know, I haven’t been keeping up with my regular updates. Did you know that when you are studying for a master’s you have to do a lot of work? I didn’t either. But I do now!
Anyway, the good news is that in my last wrap-up post following the Bucs-Saints game, I prepared all you Bucs chicks for the fact that the rest of the season might be a disaster. And, in fact, I was on to something.
For here we sit, at 4-7, and really no game seems winnable. Gerald McCoy is out for the season, Josh Freeman may be out for the week, Brian Price is still injured, Mike Williams has never quite shown up, LeGarrette Blount just doesn’t seem to have the ball in his hands enough–whether Greg Olson isn’t designing plays for him, or whether Blount is fumbling the balls he is given–and the defense seems allergic to tackling.
