The Football Fan Spot:
CB Stephon Gilmore B-This is a little high for Gilmore. I had him 20th on my board. He’s certainly a phenomenal athlete, but he had some inconsistent play at times and he gambles a little too much on routes. Cornerback was definitely a need for the Bills with Drayton Florence and Terence McGee getting up there in age and Leodis McKelvin being on the roster bubble in his contract year, but there were better players available who would have also filled need (Riley Reiff, Michael Floyd, Kendall Wright, Jonathan Martin, and Zach Brown just to name a few from my board).OT Cordy Glenn A-I had Glenn 24th on my board so he certainly is a great value here, but I had him 24th on my board because of his versatility. The Bills don’t really need anything other than a left tackle up front and if I were grading Glenn just on his ability to stay at left tackle, he’d probably be rated much lower. I don’t see him at that position long term, but it’s not like any of the remaining available tackles had...

With the NFL Draft now over, I thought now would be a good time to look at the Buffalo Bills roster and try to forecast who will make the 53-man roster for 2012. In this article, I have placed every player currently with Buffalo (either currently under contract or drafted) in one of four categories. That being said, let's get to it. LocksQB: Ryan Fitzpatrick - 2011 starter will...

Buffalo Bills receiver Stevie Johnson is scheduled to have what his agent calls ''very minor'' surgery to repair a groin injury that nagged the player for most of last season.
C.J. Laboy confirmed in an email that the surgery is scheduled to take place in Philadelphia on Tuesday. Johnson announced the news himself on his Twitter account, noting he wants to be 100...
Back to school, here are some draft grades from the AFC East.
Buffalo Bills: B+
The Bills did a good job of marrying need and BPA with their first pick. Gilmore stormed up the draft board a couple of weeks before the draft being rumored to the Jags or Bucs but once he fell to the Bills, the Bill did the right thinking pouncing on him.
The Bills also got 1srt round talent with Glenn...
Buffalo Bills GM Buddy Nix, head coach Chan Gailey, and former NC State wide receiver T.J. Graham discuss the team's selection of Graham with the 69th overall pick in the third round of the 2012 NFL Draft.
Hot News for C Chan Gailey
I can tell you a story, but you may find it hard to “Bill-ieve.” The Buffalo Bills two-time defending AFC Champions, opened up the playoffs at home and down by 32 points. They somehow managed a way to come back and win. A shivering cold and windy day did nothing to Warren Moon and the
According to ESPN’s John Clayton via Rotoworld.com, the Buffalo Bills are “serious” about signing free agent quarterback Vince Young to compete with Tyler Thigpen to back up Ryan Fitzpatrick.
“If he does have a good workout, I think the GM Buddy Nix would be very serious about making that type of a move,” said Clayton on NFL Live. ”… If Vince Young works out well,...
Vince Young showed some promise at the quarterback position during the 2011 season. And soon he could find himself taking snaps in the AFC East. The Buffalo Bills are set to work out Young on Wednesday, according to an ESPN report. The move would provide the Bills with solid insurance and depth at the position behind starting QB Ryan Fitzpatrick. Young showed flashes of the brilliance...
By the time they announced their seventh round pick, you almost didn't care that the Buffalo Bills took a kicker. See, Buddy Nix had a script for the 2012 Draft, one that included things like depth and value, one that laid out their needs and their dedication to addressing them. Offensive line depth, pass rush, cornerback, wide receiver; these were the perceived needs for the...
