Mini camp is usually that grueling part of the offseason that most players, especially veterans, wish they could avoid. But when a team has as many new additions as the Buffalo Bills had this offseason, it's never a bad thing to get the team together.

"Right now at mini-camp we are just going over the plays," Mark Anderson told Buffalobills.com. "Learning different ways of lining up, different types of moves and different assignments to do during the course of a snap. Everybody is just being really technically sound and just having fun out there."

Anderson is one of the new additions to a defensive line that was once mediocre, and is now conceived as potentially one of the most dominant defensive lines in the NFL. Though Anderson says that they are still taking time to gel together.

"Everything is flowing well right now. We are getting good work out there." Anderson said. "We are getting good looks from the offensive tackles. Everybody is working hard and everybody is doing their assignment. We are just out there clicking and gelling as a team. Just trying to get a feel for each other right now."

While Anderson's signing was somewhat over-shadowed by the signing of Mario Williams, the two are excited to work with each other again. Anderson was once a teammate of Williams in Houston and having that comfort will not only allow them to work well together, but also have a friendly competition when it comes to stats.

"We will see when it is all said and done," Anderson said. "It is going to be a fun competition and we are both competitive guys. We are just going to feed off of each other and the best man will win."

One thing is for sure, Bills fans, and players, are anxious to see what this team is capable of after such a bold offseason.
