At present, Young is without a team, which seems a little preposterous at this point in his career.
He has, however, worked out for the Buffalo Bills at their invitation. Bills receiver David Nelson said that Young looked to be in great shape during his workout with the team.
It remains to be seen if the Bills—or anyone else—is going to take a shot with Young, but experienced quarterbacks in the NFL aren’t just falling from the sky. Quarterback Vince Young has signed a one-year deal with the Buffalo Bills worth $2M, according to Chris Mortensen of ESPN. He could pocket another $1M in playtime-related bonuses.
