Former Tennessee Titan Keith Bulluck was as huge an offseason signing as the Giants could have had. The jersey boy gets to play at home in his (NFL) twilight years and fills what was an enormous void for the Giants.
With quality defensive backs and a plethora of top tier defensive linemen, the Giants were curiously weak at linebacker. Over the last 20-30 years, the Giants have had some of the best linebackers of all time. Their propensity to have such high quality linebackers had made this year’s group seem a bit odd-possibly the worst group of the last 20-30 years. Then came Bulluck.
Bulluck has made the pro bowl as an outside linebacker and a special teams player.
He is an extremely popular player that brings a combination of hard work, dedication and fun to the New York Giants. Bulluck’s sense of humor or playfulness has gotten the Titans through some tough times and since it’s not at the cost of any effort, it’s a wonderful quality to have in the NFL.
