Absolutely died laughing when I saw this happen live.  New York Giants punter Steve Weatherford was about to go all out on his flop attempt when Redskins line backer Bryan Kehl grabbed him and lifted him back up like a rag doll.  Weatherford got tapped by Kehl's shoulder and went for the penalty like any good punter would do.  He earned a "running into the punter penalty...
