Al Davis and the Oakland Raiders lost their case against the NFL in regards to what the Raiders have deemed as sabotage by the NFL to keep the silver and black out of Hollywood Park.
Al Davis and the Raiders claim that the NFL did nothing to help the Raiders move from the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum to a new state-of-the-art venue in Hollywood. In 2001 the Raiders lost this case, but then the appeal process began only to see the California Supreme Court rule against the Raiders here in 2007.
This case dated back 20 years, and was the last lawsuit pending between the Raiders and the NFL. Maybe now they can go play some football?
