When you’re on top of the world, right after defeating Tom Brady and the New England Patriots in arguably one of the best Monday Night football games all season, where would you go to celebrate?  The Waffle House of course. According to the Charlotte Observer’s Tom Sorensen, Panthers’ star quarterback Cam Newton did just that with his family after the 24-20 victory. Cam Newton and his family celebrated Monday’s victory against New England at the Waffle House. If you’re from below the Mason Dixon line, you know about the Waffle House. The southern gem, where the food isn’t always the best and it won’t be the best service you’ve received in your life, but there are always good times there and something or someone to laugh at.

Did Tom Brady purposely avoid shaking hands with Cam Newton?

I guess I saw the end of the game a little differently last night. I thought Tom Brady did a classless thing by avoiding shaking hands with Cam Newton after the game. Brady went to argue the game’s final call with the referee rather than engage in sportsmanship. The Patriots lost to the Panthers 24-20 and the final play of the game is embroiled in controversy. It’s not mandatory...

Tom Brady's Reaction to Last Call is Probably Mirrored by a Lot of Patriot Fans

As we all know, Tom Brady is one of the most hyper-competitive players in the NFL, which is saying something considering that pretty much every person in an NFL locker room is hyper-competitive to begin with. So, it's not really surprising that, on a last play that ended up being pretty controversial for a whole bunch of reasons (Rob Gronkowski being boxed out of the play...

Robert Griffin III Needs to Follow Cam Newton’s Path to Success, Use Final Six Weeks to Become Better Leader

Santana Moss has played with his fair share of quarterbacks during his 13-year NFL career, and Robert Griffin III might be the most skilled of them all. There are some things in life that just get better with age. Love letters. Fine wine. The rapport between a receiver and his quarterback. Yet, Wes Welker hasn't wasted any time becoming Peyton Manning's top target, just as he quickly became Tom Brady's bull's-eye in New England. Welker set a franchise record with 112 catches his first year with the Patriots in 2007...
