It just over a year ago when the Ravens traded John Beck to the Washington Redskins for cornerback Doug Dutch. Beck is currently battling for the Redskins' starting quarterback job, and Dutch is out of football. When the Ravens made the move, they had Marc Bulger as their primary backup and needed depth at the cornerback position. "I think last year’s circumstances when we went out there to get Marc Bulger and go with two quarterbacks was a unique opportunity," Cameron said. Cameron was the Miami Dolphins head coach in 2007, when the team selected Beck in the second round. Beck served as the Ravens' No. 3 quarterback in 2009 after he was waived by the Dolphins.
