After an eventful first day of camp, we all awake bruised, battered and overwhelmed with new information, but hungry for more. The Jets hit the field again this morning and although Bassett’s at a wedding and Corey’s seeing his family, I’ll be manning the ship, while the rest of the team - and you guys - pitch in. See what solid depth can do for you?
After the leap, here’s what to look out for today:
SUN(N)Y-Cortland: Apparently, the weather is much better this morning (Thanks, Rob) although it is a little foggy. That should prepare the Jets for the three-yards-and-a-cloud-of-dust nature of the offense this year, though.
New York Nicks: Donald Strickland slipped and hurt his wrist, but later returned to practice, while Danny Woodhead sat out the afternoon session with what he described as “a nick”. Kellen Clemens was lucky not to get injured after tripping over a bungee rope. Other than that, there are no injuries so far (knock on wood), but...
