The last few years we have seen the good, bad, and ugly from Josh Freeman. For the Buccaneers to be successful Josh Freeman must cut down on his mistakes. His 22 interceptions last season was unacceptable and must be lowered. LeGarrette Blount will be back and will be asked to carry the load at running back. He has been injury prone and that continues to plaque him it seems. Rookie Doug Martin from Boise State has given Blount a challenge in camp as the starter, and has overtaken him as the starter.
Mike Williams and Vincent Jackson should give Freeman excellent targets this season. Adding Tight end Dallas Clark in my opinion was huge as he gives an experience player Josh Freeman can rely on. The offense struggled at times last season, but with all the additions hopefully Buccaneer fans will see the scoreboard light up this coming season.
