With the way the NFL draft and the salary cap work, the NFL is built for the bad teams to get good and the good teams to remain the same.  That being said, it is the coaches that make the most difference.  The best coaches in the NFL are the ones who can find each player’s talent and put them in situations that will allow them to use that talent. When the Baltimore Ravens face the New York Jets on Sunday Night Football, two of the best young coaches will do their everything in their power to secure the win: John Harbaugh for the Ravens and Rex Ryan for the Jets.
