Can't Michael Vick afford to fly charter?

Michael Vick was supposed to go to Washington DC Tuesday to attend a breakfast and to speak to Congress about the need to increase funding for after-school programs, including programs he has started. But Vick never showed, his flight from Tampa to the ATL was delayed and he was booked on another flight at 10:50 pm but never showed. I expect/hope he has a reason for missing his flight but I have to ask, if you make millions why would you fly commercial?
