Cardinals Add P Dave Zastudil

The Cardinals officially announced the signing of quarterback Brodie Croyle, as well as the addition of veteran punter Dave Zastudil.

Zastudil has a net average of 36.4 yards per punt during his eight seasons in the NFL, which had been split between the Baltimore Ravens (2002-05) and Cleveland Browns (2006-10). Zastudil missed all of 2010 after suffering a torn patellar tendon in the knee of his non-kicking leg.

Second-year quarterback Max Hall has been “waived/injured” and rookie offensive lineman Jake Vermiglio has been waived.
