Wells has been unable to practice since undergoing knee surgery after last season. Wells rushed for more than 1,000 yards last season despite being bothered by the sore knee. Kevin Kolb snubs John Skelton on high five after Kolb injury (Video)

Kevin Kolb has not exactly had the best luck since he was traded to the Cardinals from Philadelphia, and the tough times continued during Sunday night’s Hall of Fame Game against the Saints. Kolb, who started off the game by throwing an interception on his first pass attempt, was injured on the Cardinals’ third offensive series when he was hit by Saints defensive lineman Sedrick...

Cards' Adrian Wilson is in a happy place

Early in the Cardinals' Red-White public practice in Flagstaff, strong safety Adrian Wilson broke through the offensive line and greeted running back Ryan Williams in the backfield. The pop of plastic pads filled the air, and Williams dropped to the ground. But the hit wasnt what it might have been had this been a regular-season game. At the last possible moment, Wilson restrained...

Cardinals LB Sam Acho meets little girl; cutest thing ever

NFL training camp is all about feeling the burn, getting familiar with the plays and interacting with the fans that show up to watch open practices.  Last week, a dad and mom brought their little girl to the Arizona Cardinals camp.  After practice, second-year linebacker Sam Acho headed over to greet fans and sign autographs.  Acho was an All-Big 12 linebacker for the University...

Will Injury to Kevin Kolb Cost Him Starting Job With Cardinals?

Let me preface this piece by stating that this is purely speculation on my part, but I believe that Kevin Kolb may have just pulled into second place on the depth chart at quarterback for the 2012 Arizona Cardinals. Even though Kolb has been announced as the early number one quarterback on the roster, the opportunity for John Skelton to steal the job was always there. And even though...

Young girl to Cardinals LB: 'I love you Sam'

It was just a typical autograph signing after a training camp practice for the Arizona Cardinals. Linebacker Sam Acho went over to the family in this video to sign and take a picture. It will be an awesome keepsake for them. But then the little girl is the one that left a lasting memory for [...]

Ken Wisenhunt says Kevin Kolb will play Friday

AP Photo Arizona Cardinals head coach Ken Wisenhunt says that quarterback Kevin Kolb’s injury is minor and that he’ll play in Friday’s preseason game. ”He’s still a little sore,” Whisenhunt said, ”but I don’t anticipate there being any problems as we progress through the week. He may be limited this afternoon, but I certainly think as the week progresses he’ll be...

Cardinals Add Two Former Patriots

The Arizona Cardinals made a pair of transactions involving two former Patriots. The Cardinals signed RB Thomas Clayton and OL Rich Ohrnberger.

Larry Fitzgerald: The Best Receiver in the NFL

Larry Fitzgerald has become the most under-appreciated receiver in the National Football League.  The Arizona Cardinals superstar doesn’t excite with speed or flashiness, instead by fundamentals and high football I.Q.  Fitzgerald is relatively slow for an NFL wide-out, clocking in at 4.53 in the 40 yard dash, relies on footwork and coordination to beat corners off the line....

The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly. New Orleans vs. Arizona 8/5/2012

The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly. By Eric Judd   The Hall of Fame Game Arizona 10 – Saints 17   The Good Yeah, I’m totally worth it. Drew Brees: There is a reason, (okay quite a few reasons) he just got a big fat check. Just watch the first drive of this game. After just a handful of padded practices, you’d expect a slow, vanilla offense during the first preseason game...
