According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the Arizona Cardinals decided to pick up quarterback Kevin Kolb’s $7 million bonus that was scheduled to be paid out today. Now that the Cardinals have been officially ruled out as a possible landing spot for quarterback Peyton Manning, they really didn’t have a choice but to pay Kolb and hope he plays much better in 2012 then he did in 2011.
