Fox Sports Arizona:
Early in the Cardinals' Red-White public practice in Flagstaff, strong safety Adrian Wilson broke through the offensive line and greeted running back Ryan Williams in the backfield.
The pop of plastic pads filled the air, and Williams dropped to the ground. But the hit wasnt what it might have been had this been a regular-season game. At the last possible moment, Wilson restrained his very nature and spread his arms to the sides like a hawk slowing its descent as it grabs its prey.
I knew that Ryan was coming off an (knee) injury, and to be honest with you, I was actually wrong on the play and I had to make myself right, Wilson said later. In making myself right we kind of collided with each other. It was a good moment for me and him. It was really my first big hit of training camp, and that was the first time he was actually taking a hit. Im glad we were able to share it.
With that, Wilson broke into his unmistakable baritone laugh, and you realized what it was you had witn...
BEST OF MAXIM
Kevin Kolb has not exactly had the best luck since he was traded to the Cardinals from Philadelphia, and the tough times continued during Sunday night’s Hall of Fame Game against the Saints. Kolb, who started off the game by throwing an interception on his first pass attempt, was injured on the Cardinals’ third offensive series when he was hit by Saints defensive lineman Sedrick...
NFL training camp is all about feeling the burn, getting familiar with the plays and interacting with the fans that show up to watch open practices. Last week, a dad and mom brought their little girl to the Arizona Cardinals camp. After practice, second-year linebacker Sam Acho headed over to greet fans and sign autographs. Acho was an All-Big 12 linebacker for the University...
The Arizona Cardinals have removed running back Beanie Wells from the physically unable to perform list, clearing him to begin practicing with the team.
Wells has been unable to practice since undergoing knee surgery after last season. Wells rushed for more than 1,000 yards last season despite being bothered by the sore knee.
The Cardinals are at the Kansas City practice facility...
Cardinals quarterback Kevin Kolb was shaken up on a hard tackle and left the Hall of Fame game against the New Orleans Saints with bruised ribs.
Kolb was tackled hard by Sedrick Ellis as he let go of a pass for his only completion in three series on Sunday night. Kolb landed hard on his right side, got to his knees and put his helmet on the ground, staying down while trainers talked...
Kevin Kolb, the Arizona Cardinals' starting quarterback in Sunday's Hall of Fame preseason game against New Orleans, had to leave in the first quarter because of a rib contusion. He was not expected to return to the game. Saints defensive tackle Sedrick Ellis slammed Kolb to the ground, and Kolb fell on his right shoulder. He left the field under his own power, but...
It was just a typical autograph signing after a training camp practice for the Arizona Cardinals. Linebacker Sam Acho went over to the family in this video to sign and take a picture. It will be an awesome keepsake for them. But then the little girl is the one that left a lasting memory for [...]
Arizona Cardinals starting qb Kevin Kolb didn't fist pump game entering quarterback Josh Skelton when he left this weekend's Hall of Fame game. Was it a) because he was injured b) because he couldn't...

Cardinals QB Kevin Kolb did himself no favors in the preseason opener against New Orleans while John Skelton took another step towards becoming the team's starting quarterback.
The Arizona Cardinals made a pair of transactions involving two former Patriots. The Cardinals signed RB Thomas Clayton and OL Rich Ohrnberger.
You know whats sillier than NFL preseason games? A good chunk of the people who cover them.
Lets review. Cardinals quarterback Kevin Kolb threw an interception on his first pass and got hurt on his fourth and final pass of Sundays 17-10 loss to the New Orleans Saints in the Hall of Fame Game in Canton, Ohio. John Skelton led the Cards on their only touchdown drive of the first half...

The Hall of Fame Game
Arizona 10 – Saints 17
Yeah, I’m totally worth it.
Drew Brees: There is a reason, (okay quite a few reasons) he just got a big fat check. Just watch the first drive of this game. After just a handful of padded practices, you’d expect a slow, vanilla offense during the first preseason game...
