The Lions are giving up 134.4 yards rushing per game and 4.9 yards per carry so far this year. DeAngelo Williams, Jonathan Stewart and Cam Newton should have plenty of room to run the ball against the Lions this Sunday, and the Panthers need to keep the ball on the ground in this game.
