The Washington Redskins have reached an agreement to retain center Will Montgomery, the seven-year veteran confirmed.
Montgomery, who took over as starting center last season, was set to become a free agent, but has agreed to a four-year deal and won’t hit the open market on March 13.

Washington Redskins wide receiver Leonard Hankerson had surgery to repair a torn labrum in his hip last Tuesday after nearly three months of rehabilitation failed to correct the problem.
