After the Miami Dolphins premiere episode of HBO’s Hard Knocks aired on Tuesday night, it looks like wide receiver Chad Johnson plans on a taking a break from the media.

“I don’t do media anymore,” Johnson said after the Dolphins’ Wednesday walk-through.

Johnson’s break from the media might be due to the fact that he was quite the character during the first episode after he “barged in on a coaches meeting, lamented his lack of intimate relations with then-fiancee Evelyn Lozada last year during his sturggles in New England, and was criticized by Head Coach Joe Philbin after a profanity-laced press conference that occurred last week but was featured in the premiere episode,” per Nate Davis of USA Today.

Johnson also sent out a very simple message on Wednesday night via Twitter.

Stupid Focused…

Miami Dolphins 2013 Franchise Tag Candidates

RB Reggie Bush The franchise tag value for running backs was only 7.7 million in 2012 and if Reggie Bush has another season like he just had, (216 carries for 1086 yards and 6 touchdowns with another 43 catches for 296 yards and another score), he’d be worth that. Heading into his age 28 season in 2013, that would make a lot more sense than giving him a long term deal, especially...
