Leave it up to TMZ to uncover this. Back it 2000, it seems former Miami Dolphins WR Chad Johnson plead no contest to hitting his girlfriend. He received 3 years probation and 45 day jail sentence, but struck a deal to avoid jail time by doing 30 days of graffiti removal work and had to complete a 12 month batterer's counseling program. Johnson apparently procrastinated doing the removal work and also blew off the counseling, prompting the judge to add 15 more days of work to his sentence. He finally completed everything in 2002. Johnson was arrested for allegedly head butting his new wife Evelyn Lozada during an argument after she found a receipt for a box of condoms. He told cops that it was she who head butted him. Just days aftet he arrest, the Dolphins showed himt he door.
