The Sporting Blog:
It was tweeted by ESPN's Jason Wilde and corroborated by the Cincinnati Bengals' team account, so it must be true: Chad Ochocinco told a conference call he plans to try the Lambeau Leap if he scores in Green Bay on Sunday. (But "no disrespect!")
Let's take a look at how that worked out for Fred Smoot when he was still a Viking and some guy named Favre was still throwing pick-sixes for the Packers (go to about 1:27):
Ochocinco has sprung into fans' arms before, in Cleveland's Dawg Pound (which welcomed him warmly, of course) but, frankly, I doubt it happens in Green Bay, where the secondary and pass rush flummoxed Jay Cutler last Sunday. And the Bears might actually be good on offense!
Frankly, I'd be more worried if Ochocinco played for a team that scored a passing touchdown last week.
