The San Diego Chargers have agreed to terms with free-agent wide receiver Eddie Royal, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN. Royal, 25, broke out his rookie year in 2008 with 980 yards and five touchdowns, but struggled last season with just 19 catches for 155 yards and one touchdown.
