The San Diego Chargers and and Eric Weddle have come to an agreement that will keep Weddle with the team.  Weddle’s days in with the Chargers were thought to be over when the team signed Bob Sanders, but AJ Smith had to realize he couldnt let one of the NFL’s best safety’s leave in free agency and risk the chance of Sanders getting injured again.  The Chargers secondary is about to have 2 of the best safety’s in the NFL. The other team that was linked with Weddle were the Jaguars.  Weddle would have helped the Jaguars secondary big time.  I am surprised the Jaguars didn’t tell Weddle to name a price.
