Adam Caplan of FOXSports.com reports the San Diego Chargers deal with SS Bob Sanders isn't official yet. The San Diego Union-Tribune reported the contract isn’t finalized due to an unspecified difference in interpretation between the league and the Chargers regarding what is allowed. The interpretation issue the league raised has nothing to do with the end of the league year or CBA negotiations, according to the report.
