Found January 09, 2013 on NFL Trade Rumors:
Mike Chappell of the Indianapolis Star reports that the San Diego Chargers have hired Colts director of player personnel Tom Telesco as their next general manager. The Chargers were also considering their own director of player personnel Jimmy Raye for the job, but Telesco was a pretty hot name and he could help them lure Colts’ offensive coordinator Bruce Arians to San Diego. Arians is reportedly at the top of the Chargers’ list of coaching candidates, so this move certainly can’t hurt their chances any.
