The Chargers have had an unprecedented string of bad luck at long-snapper this season. After David Binn, who had missed just one game in his career of 16-plus years, injured his hamstring in Week One and was put on injured reserve, the team has since signed two long-snappers who also have suffered season-ending injuries. San Diego signed its fourth long-snapper of the season earlier this week, veteran Ethan Albright, and hopes he will make it through more than one game.
