Chargers PK Nate Kaeding Cated Off The Field Vs Vikings

Chargers K Nate Keading was carted off the field following the opening kickoff in San Diego with an apparent left knee injury. The Chargers announced Kaeding’s left knee was being evaluated in the locker room after he was hit low during the 103-yard kickoff return by Minnesota’s Percy Harvin. Chargers P Mike Scifres came out to nail an extra point after Mike Tolbert’s 1-yard TD reception and also handled the ensuing kickoff.
