The San Diego Chargers have placed defensive end Vaughn Martin and safety Darrell Stuckey on season-ending injured reserve. To take their roster spots, the team re-signed running back Curtis Brinkley and added linebacker Gary Guyton. Martin injured his groin during warmups before Sunday's game at Pittsburgh, while Stuckey, a special teams standout, reaggravated a hamstring injury during the 34-24 victory. Brinkley was released by the Chargers on Nov. 29. He played in seven games with one start and was inactive for four others. Guyton spent the first four years of his NFL career with the New England Patriots. The Chargers also released wide receiver Kashif Moore from the practice squad and re-signed defensive end Logan Harrell.

Ryan Mathews: A Week 15 PPR Fantasy Football Sleeper.

San Diego Chargers running back Ryan Mathews has certainly frustrated fantasy football owners throughout the 2012 NFL season as the highly-touted running back from Fresno State has done little has failed to live up to the lofty expectations set upon him this offseason. San Diego Chargers selling tickets through Groupon

Tweet   The good news for the San Diego Chargers is they’re in second place in the AFC West. The bad news is a brutal middle-of-the-season stretch, where they went 1-7, has the Chargers at 5-8 and leaves the team with little chance of making the playoffs. It has also contributed to quite a few empty seats [...]

Panthers-Chargers Preview

The San Diego Chargers and Carolina Panthers are coming off impressive wins - one against a potential playoff team and the other against a division champion. The Chargers (5-8) lost four straight...

Below are the coverage stats for the Pittsburgh Steelers following their 34-24 loss Sunday to the San Diego Chargers.
