TEAMS: Chicago Bears, San Diego Chargers, Denver Broncos, New York Jets
The San Diego Chargers say they'll place guard Scott Mruczkowski on season-ending injured reserve Thursday due to a concussion.
He was hurt in Sunday's loss to the Chicago Bears that dropped the Bolts to 4-6 and into a tie for last place in the AFC West. Mruczkowski was filling in for Kris Dielman, who suffered a concussion Oct. 23 at the New York Jets and then had a seizure on the flight home.
The Chargers, who've lost five straight games, host Tim Tebow and the Denver Broncos on Sunday.

Tebow responds to Elway, Plummer remarks
Tim Tebow on Tuesday told "ESPN First Take" that he doesn't pay attention to the lukewarm support from Denver Broncos chief of football operations John Elway and instead focuses on trying to get better as a quarterback.
Elway is “very hopeful” that Tebow will be the answer
Two days after his “um . . . no” response and six after that perfunctory golf clap coupled with an “oh crap, we’re stuck with him” look on his face, Broncos V.P. of football operations John Elway once again has addressed the future of quarterback Tim Tebow. Appearing on KOA radio in Denver, Elway said…
