Chargers agreed to terms with linebacker Stephen Cooper on a one-year contract. He's back for the veteran's minimum. Cooper is 32 years old and the Chargers didn't really want to re-sign him, but he never generated interest on the free agent market. He'll return to San Diego competing for a clear reserve role.
