The San Diego Chargers have parted with their longest-tenured player.Long-snapper David Binn, who set team records with 179 consecutive games played during a 17-season career, has been released, a team spokeswoman confirmed Tuesday.The 39-year-old was the only remaining player from the franchise's Super Bowl appearance in 1994.Mike Windt, 26, will replace Binn as the team's long-snapper.
