It wasn’t that long ago that Lovie Smith took the Bears to
the Super Bowl, and Chicago was once again poised to make the postseason this
year. However, late-season struggles led to another missed opportunity, and the
Bears ultimately decided to part ways with their veteran coach.
Arians, on the other hand, is coming off a promising campaign
with the Colts. He entered the year as the team’s offensive coordinator, but he
took over the reigns as Indianapolis’ interim head coach. The Colts are
playoff-bound, and Arians figures to be a hot commodity this offseason.
