The San Diego Chargers reached an agreement on a one-year deal with wide receiver/kick returner Roscoe Parrish on Tuesday. Financial terms were not disclosed. Parrish was limited to just one catch for 16 yards in two games after suffering a season-ending ankle injury. The speedy Parrish has worked effectively as a slot receiver for the Buffalo Bills, collecting seven touchdowns in as many seasons. The 29-year-old Parrish has also returned three punts for touchdowns.
