Oakland Raiders linebacker Rolando McClain will not face jail time or a league suspension even though he was arrested on misdemeanor assault and firearms charges a year ago, according to ESPN.com. McClain's attorney, Harvey Steinberg, said an Alabama judge dismissed all charges against the former first-round draft pick. McClain was arrested last year for allegedly holding a gun near a man's head and firing it into the air. McClain was sentenced to 180 days in jail in May but the verdict was appealed. The charges were dropped on the appeal after the man who made the accusations decided not to go forward with the case. McClain is third on the team in tackles.
