Philadelphia Eagles receiver DeSean Jackson will finally get that payday he has been looking for. The Eagles organization announced on their Official Team site that Jackson has officially been franchised by the Eagles and will stand to make $9.4 million during the 2012 season. So now the only remaining question to be answered is whether or not he will be playing in Philly this season...
