So this is what the NFL has come to…76,394 people screaming like they never have all so they can set a new record for the loudest crowd roar in an outdoor stadium. Isn’t this just a little pathetic? The Kansas City Chiefs fans cheered so loud it was the “loudest recorded crowd at a sporting event.”  - Way to go, you have something to tell your grandchildren.   • While the Chiefs D is doing great things, don’t for a minute think the fans are not paying attention. Part of the fans duty is to support the team. How do you do that? You root and cheer. If you look at it from that perspective, the fans are just trying to equal the accomplishments of the D, and I’d have to say they have exceeded that. So, this years’ KC squad so far has a good ball control offense, a better than average defense and as always, the extremely supportive fans (record setting, you might say).

Just the title of your article comes off negative and to be truthful, ignorant. The 78,000 who showed up yesterday showed up to cheer on a great team and to help the Chiefs go 6-0 while the sound record was just icing on the cake. Kansas City is one of the greatest football towns on the planet and our fans are extremely hungry for a championship and your article is plain stupid.

  • So you think it is "just a little pathetic". Have you ever been to Arrowhead Stadium? The fans have stuck by their team through the worst of times and we love football.!!! We don't play in a stadium where it runs across the screen "Quiet Please" and that is what I saw when I watched Sunday's game at Gillette Stadium. Try to find something else to write about!! Some have said "that if you haven't experienced Arrowhead you might want to put it on your bucket list" and I agree!!
