Chiefs head coach Todd Haley said Friday that a decision had not yet been made on whether Jon Baldwin will make his NFL debut Sunday at Indianapolis. Baldwin, who hasn’t played because of a broken thumb suffered in a fight with teammate Thomas Jones, was a full participant in each of this week’s practices, and he was listed as probable for Sunday.
