The Kansas City Chiefs have sent officials to Philadelphia to interview former Eagles coach Andy Reid for their head coaching vacancy, according to Mike Freeman of CBS Sports. Andy Reid is gone in Philadelphia, but he's quickly becoming one of the hottest commodities in football. He's preparing to interview with Kansas City team officials in Philadelphia on Wednesday and with Arizona officials on Thursday, according to officials with knowledge of the situation. Freeman adds that Reid will then turn around and head to Arizona today to interview with the Cardinals. He’s been mentioned as a favorite to land with the Cardinals this offseason, though several other teams, including the Chiefs, have expressed interest in him. Freeman notes that the Arizona job is “Reid’s to lose.” While it isn’t yet clear where Reid will be landing this offseason, Freeman does call it “certain” that the veteran coach will be back in the saddle again soon. Reid has already begun assembling his staff and has said that he will not take a year off.
