And they’re back…to .500. It wasn’t the prettiest game, but the Chiefs went to Oakland and came out with a victory. In a game where the biggest storyline was the Raiders’ quarterback controversy the Chiefs’ defense dominated. The defense combined for six interceptions and scored as many points as the offense. On the Raiders’ opening drive Kyle Boller threw a pass that was intercepted by Kendrick Lewis and run back for six. The pick fest continued from there. After Boller threw three interceptions Coach Hue Jackson decided it was time to bring in Carson Palmer. Unfortunately for Oakland Palmer did not have much more success.  He threw three interceptions on twenty-one pass attempts, including a fourth quarter Brandon Flowers interception that was returned for a touchdown.
