Update: The Houston Chronicle is reporting that Texans head coach Gary Kubiak confirmed Wednesday that Chris Brown is the team's new starting tailback. Ryan Moats is the one getting weeded out despite his team-high 15 touches in Week 13. Fantasy Impact: With Steve Slaton headed to the IR, Chris Brown now has a shot to be a major force in Houston. Either way none of the guys remaining in this backfield are consistent enough to be counted on from a fantasy perspective.
