As he prepares for his first football season away from Redskins Park in 11 years, Chris Samuels describes his acceptance of the offensive coordinator job at Alabama's Blount High School as a prime opportunity. Working with high school athletes allows him to continue to invest in the lives of youth, as he has for the majority of the last 11 years (10 as a player and one as a coaching intern with the Redskins). And moving to the high school ranks also enables him to mature as a coach, Samuels said.
