PLAYERS: Chris Snee
TEAMS: New York Giants
According to the New York Daily News, Giants’ all-pro guard Chris Snee is no longer on crutches after undergoing offseason hip surgery.  He plans on being ready for the Giants’ offseason program. Guard Chris Snee, who had surgery on his hip exactly a month ago, said he got off crutches “a couple days ago,” and he feels “really good.” He added that he’s planning to attend offseason workouts on April 15. He likely won’t do much work on the field, he said, but he wouldn’t do much even if he were healthy, he said. “I’ll be there April 15,” he said. “Do I expect to participate in OTAs? No. Would I expect to do much anyway if I were healthy? Probably not.” Snee has already started a rehab program, though, and he plans on starting to train his legs with weights soon. He added that the injury won’t prevent him from being ready for the season.   Need NFL Tickets? var _CI = _CI || {}; (function() { var script = document.createElement('script'); ref = document.getElementsByTagName('script')[0]; _CI.counter = (_CI.counter) ? _CI.counter + 1 : 1; document.write(''); script.type = 'text/javascript'; var _CI = _CI || {}; (function() { var script = document.createElement('script'); ref = document.getElementsByTagName('script')[0]; _CI.counter = (_CI.counter) ? _CI.counter + 1 : 1; document.write(''); script.type = 'text/javascript'; script.src = 'http://widget.crowdignite.com/widgets/27484?_ci_wid=_CI_widget_'+_CI.counter; script.async = true; ref.parentNode.insertBefore(script, ref); })();
