Found March 03, 2013 on The Football Juice:

On the surface, the future of the Cincinnati Bengals looks like a promising one. They finished each of the 2011 and 2012 seasons with identical 10-6 records, good enough to qualify for the #6 seed in the AFC playoffs each season. The team has a handful of outstanding skill players on offense, namely WR A.J. Green and TE Jermaine Gresham, and the gigantic All-Pro DT Geno Atkins stopping all comers up front on the defensive line. To top it all off, Cincinnati has the most cap room in the league to add to their young and improving roster. But look a little deeper (and past the road playoff defeats in Houston in each year), and it becomes evident that the team is in more of a “No Man’s Land” situation.
